“Article 45, Section 3: Steward Representation. No reprimand shall be given without first allowing the worker to obtain the presence of their Steward. In any event where discipline is being considered, the worker being considered for discipline will be informed in writing and a fact finding/investigatory meeting will occur, if possible.
A worker not under investigation, but being questioned related to any open investigation, will be informed and allowed to have a Steward present when questioned by Management.”
