We, the united members of PERU/CWA, demand the following from SEIU 503 management:
1. Meaningful cost of living raises to keep up with COLA and make up for past wage losses;
2. Fully-paid health care for the life of the contract—not re-openers in years three and four;
3. Relief on workload, including allowing program staff to decide their schedules;
4. An additional top step for those who have reached the highest step;
5. A thorough classification review of support staff positions negotiated to make up for how behind the market our wages are;
6. Respect and Dignity for all staff members.
We are willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to win our goals!
