PERU has submitted a letter conveying our displeasure with managements actions and their lack of respect for PERU.
Excerpt from the letter to Local 503's executive director:
Intense Red
Sometime in the night, many red flyers were taped to the walls and doors of the "Executive Suite" in Salem. A countdown was also installed at the front door.
The PERU: No Justice! No Peace! banner is hung facing Linda and Rich's offices.

Petition Supporting Bargaining
PERU Members, please find your CAT and sign the petition.
I've attached the petition here for posterity.
We, the united members of PERU/CWA, demand the following from SEIU 503 management:
1. Meaningful cost of living raises to keep up with COLA and make up for past wage losses;
2. Fully-paid health care for the life of the contract—not re-openers in years three and four;
3. Relief on workload, including allowing program staff to decide their schedules;
WE LOVE OUR SEIU MEMBERS!
While your bargaining team was out at dinner, a couple of dedicated 503 members came in and added decorations to our strings of red cards. Check them out here:
